Educational Background:

Mr. Mandalapu holds a Bachelor of Engineering (2002) in Electronics and Telecommunications with First Class with Distinction from MGM College of Engineering, Nanded under Swami Ramanand Tirtha University, Maharashtra. His strong technical foundation drives his analytical, research-oriented approach to business innovation and leadership.

Guided by his belief that genetic excellence and sustainability form the pillars of future agriculture, he established Kasvi Agri Genetics as a research-driven enterprise dedicated to developing high-yielding, climate-resilient seed varieties for Indian farmers.

Beyond the seed industry, Mr. Mandalapu founded NSL Krishnaveni Sugars Ltd. (2011) to promote agro-industrial growth and farmer welfare, and also leads the Sindhu Group of Hotels, reflecting his commitment to regional development and entrepreneurship.
